LAURA BRUMER | Partner
Laura Brumer is a partner at Brumer Law Group, where she manages the business and financial operations of the firm. She brings to the practice over 12 years’ experience as a transactional real estate attorney, and 11 years’ experience as a real estate broker and business owner. Laura began her career practicing at two well-regarded Los Angeles law firms, Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker and Jeffer, Mangels, Butler & Marmaro.
Prior to Brumer Law Group, she acted as managing broker for a Los Angeles-based real estate brokerage and management company, and as outside counsel to a national data center operator and service provider. Laura's core experience includes representing buyers and sellers in connection with the purchase and sale of traditional, distressed and bank owned real estate and representing landlords and tenants in connection with the leasing and management of office, retail and industrial space.
Laura received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 2001, Cum Laude, and Order of the Coif, where she was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for courses in Secured Transactions in Real Property and Commercial Transactions in Real Property. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Religious Studies, with honors, from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Laura is a licensed attorney and real estate broker in the State of California.
