ARI BRUMER | Founding Partner

 

Ari Brumer is the founding and managing partner of Brumer Law Group. A seasoned transactional lawyer with over two decades of experience, his practice concentrates on all major areas of commercial real estate, in particular, data centers (retail and wholesale), office, industrial and retail leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, construction, development, redevelopment, joint ventures and financings. 

His clients have included national and regional data center owners and colocation providers, developers, landlords, tenants, banks, pension funds, and REITs. Ari was previously a partner at two major Los Angeles law firms, Jeffer, Mangels, Butler & Marmaro, and Greenberg Glusker. He also served as General Counsel and Secretary of CoreSite, a Carlyle company, focusing on data center and colocation transactions, construction, equipment purchasing, leasing, commercial contracts, and financings.

Ari received his Juris Doctor, with a concentration in Business Associations, from Northwestern University School of Law in 1997, Cum Laude, and Order of the Coif, where he was Articles Editor for the Northwestern University School of Law Journal of International Law and Business. He graduated from The University of Illinois (Chicago) in 1994, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with Highest Honors, and as Valedictorian of the Business College.
